3 tablespoons chia seeds

3/4 cup oat milk or milk of your choice

1 tsp honey

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Fruits & berries of your choice for topping



1. Pour all ingredients into a jar and mix well. Let sit for 2-3 minutes (you will see the chia seeds drop to the bottom of the jar) and mix again, ensuring no clumps.

2. Cover the jar and pop into the fridge overnight.

3. When ready to eat, top with fruits and berries of your choice and an additional drizzle of honey. 


We make these ahead and pop them into the fridge for on the go breakfast option. Enjoy!
