RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are committed to complying with all obligations under the consumer law of Australia. If you change your mind about your purchase, please read our Change of Mind Returns and Exchanges Policy below.
Our Returns and Exchange policy does not apply to selected ‘base layer’ products for hygiene reasons. Base layer products include items of clothing such as underwear.
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item. This applies to full-priced items only. You cannot exchange or return sale, or clearance items. For hygiene reasons, you cannot exchange or return selected base-layer items such as underwear. If you have any concerns, please contact us at email@example.com
If you change your mind on an item purchased online, you can receive a full refund providing the conditions below are met:
- Goods must be returned in original condition, with proof of purchase, within 30 days of the purchase date.
- If 30 days have exceeded since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- You must include proof of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be in the original condition, unworn and unsoiled in original packaging with tags attached.
You can return the item through Australia Post, courier or other postal services. We suggest tracking your item using tracking services that your preferred service uses.
Returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- We do not cover the cost of delivery for change-of-mind returns.
- Return postage must be paid for by the returnee.
- Please ensure you have a tracking number for the item you are returning.
- Wear Organic does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.
Once your return is received and inspected to make sure it meets all the conditions listed above, we will gladly process your refund/exchange immediately. While we strive to process your refund immediately, please allow up to 14 days for your account to be credited.
- Refunds* are processed in the same form as your original payment.
- Refunds will be made to the credit card, paypal or any other means that was used to make the purchase.
- Incorrect size? Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you out.
- Exchanges* can be made within the limits of our original postage policy. That is, Active by GS will not charge you postage for exchanging your item unless you require express postage. For more information refer to Shipping
- Exchanges can only be made if the chosen item is available. In the event that the intended item is unavailable, Active by GS will refund the amount that you ordered.
* Exchanges/Refunds are applicable to full-priced items only. Unfortunately, you cannot exchange or return sale, or clearance items.
For hygiene reasons, you cannot exchange or return selected base-layer items such as underwear. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
While we strive to process your refund immediately, please allow 14 days for your account to be credited.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
