How is Active By GS Sustainable?
From our Activewear to our Packaging, we're all about being Sustainable.
We support ethical suppliers and sustainable practices with the utmost care taken in not harming the planet we live, walk and breathe in. We strive for positive impact on everyone we associate with, making it our mission to not only create beauty for the gorgeous you to wear but also help preserve the beauty and sustainability of our home, the earth.
What certifications does Active By GS have?
All raw materials used for our products are sourced from Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), Oeko-Tex and FairTrade certified manufacturers and suppliers. This means that our fabrics have been tested to ensure that they have no traces of harmful chemicals.

How do you choose what materials to use?
Through years of designing, sourcing, testing and producing quality pieces, we have narrowed it down to high-quality materials. It doesn't end there though. We're always researching different types of materials to see what else we can come up with. We're pretty proud of our materials and their quality here at Active By GS. With amazing qualities such as antimicrobial properties, hypoallergenic to thermoregulation, our activewear not only lets you move in peace but it supports and encourages you to be your best.
Our material research also ensures that we use materials that meet our standards, are good for you and good for the environment. We also check other factors such as the impact our products have on people and the environment - availability, preferred fiber content, water and energy input, and emissions.
We also use mostly natural materials, which break down better and are less of a pollutant than the synthetic fibers that are being found in oceans and water supplies.
Where are your products made?
When it comes to providing good quality fabrics and products, we make sure of one thing: quality.
We source and manufacture our apparel from both India and China. We find the highest quality fabrics and excellent factories that can produce garments to the standards our customers expect.
We partner with world-class manufacturers that are committed to fair and equitable practices. The more we grow, and as our manufacturing quantities increase, this will continue to be a priority for us. When developing a product, we choose countries that are best-in-class at the desired raw material fiber and quality, over less expensive labor.
Ordering
What size should I buy?
Our products have compression technology which means they are a snugger fit. Although, in saying this, our products do tend to shape to your body. If you're in between sizes, we do recommend going up a size to ensure you're comfortable in your activewear.

Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you just placed an order 10 minutes ago and realised you entered the wrong shipping address - please shoot us an email ASAP and we will see what we can do. We can't guarantee that we can alter once the item has left our warehouse, however, we will try our best. In any other case, our packing team is amazing - they work super fast and super hard. And so, while we wish could alter or cancel an order once it is placed, we are unable to due to how quickly our team processes and fulfils orders.
You are more than welcome to return your items for a refund/return as per our Returns Policy.
How do I know if you're getting an item back in stock?
Our items can sell out fast and we are not always able to restock them. If you're dying to make a product on our website yours but it has sold out, email us at hello@activebygs.com and we'll try and get the product back in for you!
We can't guarantee it but we'll try and do our magic to make it happen
How do I use a discount code?
Lucky you with a discount code! Our discount codes can be applied on the 'Information' page of your cart. The order generally is:
Cart > Information > Shipping > Payment
You'll see your cart on your right with a discount code box. Type your discount in, click apply and you're one step closer to receiving your Active By GS products.
Please note our discount codes generally do not work on sale items or with any other offers.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is your shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Where do you ship?
We ship all over Australia and all over the world. Shipping costs will be added at checkout. Head over here for shipping costs.
How long will shipping take?
We want you to start your journey with us as soon as possible. All our products are processed and shipped to you within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
Standard Post: 3-10 business days
Express Post: 2-3 business days.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once we have lovingly packed your order and dispatched it, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your parcel is one plane/bus/car ride away. This email will have your tracking number.
If you haven't received your confirmation email, please get in touch with us at hello@activebygs.com and we'll get this resent to you.
I've entered the wrong address for my order! Is it too late to change it?
Please email us ASAP at hello@activebygs.com and we'll try and sort this out for you.
If your order hasn’t left yet, we'll do whatever we can to try and make the changes. However, if it has left our warehouse, you will have to organise for a redirection with the carrier.
Can I exchange/return an item?
As per our returns policy, if you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us within 30 days for replacement, exchange or a refund (excludes women's and men's underwear and women's bodysuits for hygiene reasons). I have received a faulty item! Help!

Can I return a sale item?
Our change of mind policy only applies to full priced items. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on a sale item.
How much does shipping cost?
We want you to have your items delivered to you as soon as possible. We offer a few different shipping options.
AU customers
You will receive free standard shipping on all orders over $120 AUD - otherwise $9.90 for Standard Shipping, or you can choose Express Shipping for $14.90.
International?
