Bamboo fabric blends maintain their special qualities when washed in cold to warm water (up to 40 degrees Celsius) with a gentle detergent, free of bleach. We suggest using a gentle cycle for some finished garments and fabric types. If necessary, bamboo fabric blends may be dried in a clothes dryer using the cool setting.

Running Shorts (Performance Fit): This style is streamlined and runs small. For optimal comfort, unrestricted stride movement, and the best fit through the waistband, we strongly recommend sizing up by one full size from your usual activewear size.
