Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. All orders include full tracking.
Australia (AUD)
- Standard: $9.90 — 3–7 business days — Free over $99
- Express: $14.90 — 1–5 business days — Free over $250
New Zealand (NZD)
- Standard: $19.90 — 3–10 business days — Free over $120
- Express: $34.90 — 3–5 business days — Free over $400
United States (USD)
- Standard: $30.00 — 5–10 business days — Free over $150
- Express: $55.00 — 3–5 business days — Free over $500
Rest of World (AUD)
- Standard: $30.00 — 6–15 business days — Free over $300
- Express: $50.00 — 4–8 business days
US Import Tariffs Due to current US import regulations, an import tariff is calculated and added at checkout. This charge is displayed before payment is completed, there are no hidden fees or surprise charges on delivery. The tariff is paid to US customs and cannot be refunded by Active by GS in the event of a return. The product price will be refunded in full upon receipt of a valid return.
EU Import Duties & VAT Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to VAT and customs duties upon entry. For orders of €150 or less, VAT may be collected at checkout. For orders over €150, import VAT and duties are collected upon delivery by the carrier. Any applicable import charges are the customer's responsibility unless collected at checkout.
International Duties & Taxes For all other international orders, any taxes, duties, or customs charges at the port of entry are the customer's responsibility. These are determined by your country's customs authority.
Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates based on standard carrier performance. Please note, Active by GS uses either Australia Post services or a similar courier services. Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on external factors out of our control. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or customs processing. We always dispatch promptly on our end.
Tracking A tracking number is emailed upon dispatch. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days, please contact us at hello@activebygs.com.
Missing or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please email hello@activebygs.com with a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery.
